How your information is shared with employers
This is the important one, so we want to be clear about it. If you make your profile visible to employers, or you apply for a listing, we give your profile and your application materials to the relevant employer. That is the whole point of the platform, and it only happens because you have chosen to make it happen. Employers are separate organisations. Once we pass your information to an employer, that employer holds it in its own right and handles it under its own privacy policy and its own obligations at law. Under our Employer Terms and Conditions we require every employer to:

Pausing, hiding and deleting your profile
Your profile is not deleted when you accept a role. Work and family circumstances change, and we want it to be easy to come back.
