Born from THE INARRA and years of conversations with women navigating motherhood, careers and everything in between, Workroom was created in response to a challenge we kept hearing.
There is an extraordinary pool of skilled, experienced and ambitious people who want to work, contribute and continue building their careers, but for whom the traditional five-day working week no longer fits.
Too often, that experience is overlooked. Not because the talent isn't there, but because the right opportunities aren't.
At the same time, businesses are looking for talented people to help them grow. They need experience, creativity and capability, but not every role requires a traditional full-time hire.
Workroom was created to bring the two together.
We're building a destination for part-time, school-hours, fractional, job-share, hybrid and project-based opportunities, where flexibility is considered from the outset, rather than treated as an exception.
Because flexibility shouldn't come at the expense of career progression. Parenthood shouldn't diminish professional experience. And businesses shouldn't miss out on exceptional talent simply because the traditional working model doesn't fit.
